I received a phone call three weeks ago buy a salesperson I have dealt with previously asking if I was in the market to update my car that I purchased 3 years ago. I went through to Nortallerton branch and had a look at the used cars they had available. After making a choice the salesperson {Sarah} offered me a good deal on my part exchange and went ahead with the purchase. I am very pleased with my new car and happy with my purchase. I will certainly deal with Simon Bailes again in the future and will recommend them to anybody who wants to buy a car.

Simon Bailes Stockton staff were good because Stephen was very helpful at every stage of my purchase. In retrospect I think I should have pushed the Business Manager for a bit more money for my part exchange vehicle seeing what it is now up for sale on your website, but other than that I am very satisfied.
